In this episode I cover how to set the base and build the floor structure for a 12X24 shed with a 3' porch on one end.
MATERIALS NEEDED
10- 4X8X16 concrete blocks (pads)
12- 2x6x12' treated (for runners/beams)
24- 2x4x12' treated (floor joist and girth boards)
8 pcs 4'x8'x3/4" ADVANTECH subfloor (available at lowes)
5 lbs 3" deck screws
5 lbs 2" deck screws

Yep. Suitable as a storage shed and lawnmower or four wheeler.
