I included a link to the full construction plans for this exact shed. This is made by "Handy Home Products“ and is sold at Home Depot. The model is called the "Princeton” Once it was completed I would say I found no real issues with it. But only time will tell on how it holds up. Handy Home Products also makes the Cumberland model 10×12. It’s nearly identical. You can see that one on amazon.

BTW its $699 in Atlanta for your other poster
This was very helpful and a good summary on what to expect, it definitely gives me a general idea in a short period of time. I only wish you have added an estimated length of time for each phase.
great video – thanks for sharing
This is the best Evidence I have seen yet as why NOT to buy a shed kit form Home Depot or Lowes. PS…. I am not slamming you adamDIY just the shed kit itself. Good job dealing with a bad product.
+Tab Petree I agree….great job working with limited materials. Not a good design and poor value.
+Harvey Ellis +Tab Petree This shed kit isn’t bad at all for the $. I just bought it for 700.92 out the door with tax and built it in 2 days. I was actually impressed with how well it went together and some thought was actually put into it. The directions are real good as well. I was surprised how solid it is built. It will last a long time. Sure you can go a lot fancier but its a good solid and inexpensive 10×10 shed. i opted for 12″ on center for the floor frame just as adam did.
Great video ! Thanks for taking the time.
About how much more did you spend on the foundation?

Perfect video. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.
I appreciate your tips. After watching this, I’m pretty sure I’m not going to attempt to build one.
Wait did this just switch to 4k
Helpful video, thanks.
this was so awesome
Good Job! I’m in the market for an 8x8x8.
cheap materials. Go with real plywood and 2×4 studs. These kits are cheap, Cheap, CHEAP!
Thanks for filming this!
Thank you, very helpful indeed!
First time building? Plywood on floor was not installed correctly. See lines on plywood?
….a framing nailer is a must have for an 8×12 shed. Everyone knows that. Really. Pity that I didn’t know that
prior to building the horse run in shed…the tack room…the barn…the house. Damn do I feel inept.
Good video! I’m liked and share 774 times 😀
Looks like that shed needs more 2×3.
